Post-business-trip randomness

Just back from a two day business trip.  Nebraska isn’t as flat as I expected.  Also, Nebraska City is a strange town.  It’s also the home of Arbor Day.  Them folks LOVE trees.

Also, one son (Joy Morton) of the guy who invented Arbor Day (J. S. Morton) started the Morton Salt Company.  The other son (Paul Morton) wound up being Secretary of the Navy.

That is all.

    No photos Mr. Brown?

  2. The Tarquin says

Alas, not. There wasn’t much time for photography and I had my phone (the only camera I had with me) off most of the trip.

That, and there wasn’t much to see.
