Happy Constitution Day, everybody! 222 years ago, the US Constitution was adopted. It should be no surprise by now that I think that the US Constitution is a Good Thing. Honestly, every time I meet someone who thinks it isn’t (and I have met a few), I’m pretty damned shocked.
But that’s neither here nor there. The fact is that 17th, Sept. 1787 is an important day in US history and one that I think deserves commemoration. So please, if you have time today, take a chance to go and read the document that chartered our government.
